Ash M, passing by PersuasionProf on social media he is the co-founder of Repurpose Pie, a tool that lets you “automatically turn your tweets into videos” 👀
In a recent interview she shares…
We have $75,000 in annual recurring revenue (just over $6,000 in monthly recurring revenue) and we got there within a week of launching.
The market already existed. People were already paying a ton of money [virtual assistants] for this. All we had to do was build the software and let the world know about it.
She adds…
The co-founder and a good friend of mine has a huge following on Twitter (LifeMathMoney, 380,000+ followers) and his blog. He is one of the biggest anonymous accounts in the X content creation space and I met him through my copywriting consultancy.
So yeah, they had a big audience to begin with, which definitely helped.
But it is worth noting that Ash herself does not have a large audience. was able to work with someone who does 😎
Ash says the idea for Repurpose Pie came when…
[LifeMathMoney] wanted to grow on other platforms to gain more reach and protect yourself from social media ban… While Twitter (X) is a great place to grow, social media companies can ban you at any time…
She found that it was extremely time consuming to write, manage multiple businesses AND create 3 – 5 videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube every day.
So…
He hired a video editor to take his tweets and turn them into videos.
The video editor:
– I got his tweets
– Added a cool background,
– Text-to-speech AI was used to generate voice
– Added popular music to videos.Within a few weeks, his TikTok account reached 10,000 followers! The simple tweet-video worked and now resonated more than before.
But LifeMathMoney was paying the video editor $500/month for this service and thought there had to be a better/cheaper way to do it 🤔
He discussed it with Ash and another co-founder…
The idea was – instead of paying so much money to VAs… we could create something that would allow people to automatically create beautiful videos and automatically publish them.
So they built and launched Repurpose Pie 🚀
Check out some of their launch tweets here and here.
Ash shares another way they found customers 👇
I contacted 100+ Twitter/X influencers and pitched the idea to them.
Here is my exact step:
Hello. I’m building a new Saas – Repurpose Pie that takes tweets, turns them into videos and automatically posts them to Instagram/TikTok/YouTube
In this way, Twitter creators can repurpose their tweets and use them to grow on platforms intended for video without any extra effort.
Here are some samples for you:

She adds…
The response was huge (50% paid on the spot, 10% requested an annual plan almost immediately).
👍 Ash’s advice for anyone building products…
Create an MVP [Minimum Viable Product] and get paying customers BEFORE you spend months developing the app. You need to validate the idea before committing a lot of time and resources to something. The cold approach is ideal for this. DM or email people about your product and give them a steep discount from the start of the user.
