I know many of you out there are always asking if online coaching is worth it.
And without going into too much detail here (read the blog I linked above for the top reasons to hire an online business coach), my answer is always a resounding yes.
Because even the not-so-great coaching experiences I’ve stumbled upon have helped me build a better online business and serve my clients better than I ever did before.
This led to results like the one I’m sharing today.
Before you think, this would never happen to me, let me tell you that like all of us, my client is human, she had a few mind swings, but in my brain, Freedom’s CEO Accelerator, we helped her navigate through them . rocks and texted me just a few days ago to share this incredible news.

Six-figure mindset shifts
So the first thing we looked at with this client was her mindset and I’m sure that’s something you can relate to as we’ve all been there.
She it was is struggling financially. He was wondering where he was going to get the funds to pay the bills and whatnot and because of that, he was struggling to show up and sell, which just perpetuated the cycle.
So before we worked on the strategy and looked at things like her pricing strategy and what her audience craved, it was important to get her out of that slump so that those doubts didn’t arise when we decided it was right for her. to re-promote its offers.
This is why mindset is so important. It’s not the only thing and mindset won’t make up for a bad strategy, but also the best strategy with a bad mindset can be just as ineffective when trying to grow your business online.
Switch to a six-figure strategy
Just because this client wasn’t yet six figures, didn’t mean she couldn’t benefit from moving to a six figure strategy.
Now it is worth mentioning that this customer he had has been in business for about a year. However, he had to take some time off for personal reasons and when he returned he had a “failed” launch. I say failed in quotes because I think we can learn a lot from releases that don’t always go according to plan, so using the word failure is not for me.
He got some registrations, but not as many as he thought. which going back to the mindset part, didn’t do much for it.
I could clearly see that the offer was not landing well with its audience.
So the first step to changing that was to actually look at what she was talking about to her audience. It sounds so simple, but that’s what six-figure business owners do all it’s time to make more sales in their business. By understanding exactly what their ideal customers are going through and what they need to fix their problems…and then creating an offer that does just that.
The second step was then to build a new offering around her strongest pieces of content (the strongest being the content that resonated most with her ideal customers).
Suddenly he started selling these deals like hotcakes.
Which then led to him going on the spot and releasing more at a higher price.
After that, we had built some momentum and it was time to target her content strategy.
Six-figure content
My client was very focused on educational content in the past and I knew that to start attracting higher caliber clients who would be willing to pay more, we needed to focus on problem awareness content.
This led to almost daily inquiries via social media. To put this into context, this client had gone viral on TikTok before, getting over 1 million views, but didn’t make a single sale from the video.
Now he had the videos performing well AND converting.
Six-figure pricing strategy
Which then brings me to the final thing we implemented. A brand new pricing strategy.

We got very deliberate with her figures, changed her prices to a number that made sense and aligned with the rest of her offering suite and increased the 1:1 to a £4.5k investment.
This is for all the people out there who have the “I can’t afford it” objection.
Those 1:1 points literally flew out!
He sold three or four 1:1 coaching spots, some fully paid, and that resulted in $18,000 in monthly sales.
The reason they sold out is because along with her deliberate pricing strategy, we also focused on that content and messaging that spoke to that “next level” customer and as you can see, it worked!
When I say things can change FAST in the online space, they really can.
