If you only attend one online event this year… well, then it’s clearly not 2021 anymore! 😀 But this is worth it. I guarantee you will be surprised, if not shocked, by what we share.
On Tuesday May 7th, Frans Riemersma and I will be hosting our annual #MartechDay celebration. We will release the epic martech landscape of 2024. We will publish a deeply researched State of Martech report. We’ll be hosting the Stackie Awards 2024. And we’ll be interviewing experts from our five fabulous sponsors about the disruptions that are reshaping marketing as they see it.
You can be the first to get all this stuff – the landscape, the report, the full deck of all Stackies – and watch our presentation live or on demand. Simply sign up for free and we will send the private access link to the inbox of your choice.
Skeptical? Wondering how big and controversial our revelations will be?
We will give you some tips.
First, we don’t have a but two surprises for the 2024 martech landscape. Two things happened – or, as it turns out, he did not do it happen — in the past year that made our eyes widen in disbelief. One of them was so surprising to us that we had to check the data twice to confirm it wasn’t an error. It was not. And, no, it’s not about growing or shrinking the map. At least not immediately.

There are also some really interesting changes to the landscape this year as a result of AI. But that was no surprise. We expected it, and I’m sure you did too. However, the empirical data is compelling.
Our other big counterintuitive announcements came from a survey of marketers and martech professionals about the true nature of “composability” in martech stacks today. Lots of great findings on the composition of B2C and B2B stacks, the aggregation platforms that hold them together, and the consolidation of data warehouses.

But two findings in particular gave us pause because they contradict the conventional wisdom about martech that CMOs, CFOs and CIOs have accepted as gospel.
An unimaginable find will surprise funding.
Another unthinkable find will destroy IT.
We expect both to spark heated debate. But as we dug into further research to validate these findings, they remained under scrutiny.
In our #MartechDay keynote, Frans and I will spend a full hour walking the new landscape and diving into the findings from our composability research. Next, we’ll interview experts from our five sponsors—GrowthLoop, MoEngage, SAS, Syncari, and WordPress VIP—to get their perspective on topics like cloud data campaigns, data automation, data supply chains, and borders cross-powered with AI – channel marketing.
We’ll then close the event with an awards ceremony for Stackies 2024, highlighting five of the “best” illustrations of martech stacks. (It’s not too late to enter with a slide of your own martech stack! You have until April 26th to send one in. There’s no fee, and for every legal entry, we’ll donate $100 to UNICEF, up to $10,000. )
Watch it live or on demand. But you have to sign up to get your access link. See you then!
