Here at FastComet, we are dedicated to continuously improving our services and all of their capabilities. We strongly believe that customer satisfaction is paramount to our business. While we have recently focused on refining the technical aspects of our solutions, such as plan upgrades, new data centers and customer connection security, we recognize the importance of addressing the customer-facing side of our offerings, particularly our Customer Area and how it is not multilingual .
This is why our current focus is on improving the accessibility and usability of the Customer Area. It is, after all, the single, unified place where our customers can manage their services with us or explore new ones. Previously only available in English, we understand that it may not meet the diverse needs of our customers worldwide. To address this, we have made efforts to translate it into multiple languages, ensuring greater convenience and consistency for our global customer base.
We believe in Accessibility
The English language has permeated the world through and through. However, we fully understand that not everyone can use it fluently. This is why we are directing some of our efforts to alleviate the frustration that our non-English speaking customers may experience when using our customer area.
At FastComet we believe that anyone and everyone should be able to purchase and use our services in a way that suits them. This includes the availability of said services in their native language. cPanel – the control panel we use for all our hosting plans – already has the option to change its interface language. Why should our customer area be any different? It’s time to start translating!
When will it be done;
It’s happening right now! We have already released a beta version of the localization in the customer area! On your next login, you will have the option to keep the current language or choose a different one. Currently, these are the languages available for selection:
- English;
- Spanish;
- French language;
- Italian;
- Korean;
- Portuguese.
You can also change the language anytime you want. it is very easy. Just log into your FastComet.com account and look for the language selector at the top of the page.

Once you change it, the effects will be immediate: the page will refresh to reflect your newly selected language. We wanted it to be as convenient as possible and we think we succeeded!
What’s next?
First and foremost, we work hard to remove the “beta” tag from our localization efforts. We want every language we have chosen, and will choose in the future, to be as accurate and natural as possible – no machine translations!
While we’re working on that, we’re also developing a way for our Client Area to automatically assign a language to new clients based on the language their browser is set to. This will make the Customer Area much more attractive and less confusing for anyone getting started with our services.
Finally, we want to add more languages to the above list. We felt these were the most important based on our customer base. However, we certainly don’t want to stop there. We want the Customer Area to be as accessible as possible for our customers.
Translate together
We are incredibly excited about this change! It’s something we’ve wanted to do for a long time and we’re happy to finally be able to do it. As we mentioned earlier, we want our customers to feel as comfortable as possible when using our services. The multilingualism of our Customer Area will help achieve this goal.
