URBN, the company that owns Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Nuulyand Free People, has posted openings for temporary, remote Customer Success Associates.
These openings are with them Nuuly brand, which is the company’s clothing rental platform.
These are part-time positions and there are two shifts available:
- Evening & Weekend: 14:00 – 10:00 EST
- Day & weekend shifts: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST
The rate of pay is listed as $15 per hour.

overview
- The Customer Success Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via phone, email and chat on a daily basis.
- Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions and support the team to help grow a successful brand. - The Associate must perform at least 70 interactions per shift
