The company is hiring from any state in the United Stateshowever, if you reside in the Jacksonville, FL area, your work arrangement will be hybrid rather than 100% remote.
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate with FIS, you will provide customer service to clients in the financial sector. While financial services experience is not required, a strong commitment to excellence, problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a telephone-based environment are essential.

Our team of Customer Service Associates provide a global level of customer service to our financial customers. It will be important to ensure that service expectations are met while building a professional relationship with each customer. We believe our clients and customers are the most important aspect of our business and our determination to be the best FIS has to offer each team member through education, knowledge and a desire to excel in the financial world. No experience in financial services is required. Our diverse partners—both new graduates and career changers—come from diverse backgrounds. A college degree, computer skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a telephone environment are strongly recommended.
What are you going to do:
- Connect people with solutions that help them achieve their financial goals through a phone consultation.
- Take ownership of customer requests by navigating the nuances of their situation
- Actively listen to understand the core needs of a customer’s request
- Understand the range of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
**Training schedule will vary. Est. 10am-7pm Must be flexible to work the assigned shift based on business needs.
****This is a hybrid role for those local to our Jacksonville, FL office location. You will be required to work onsite during your scheduled shift. (TBD)

What do you bring:
- College degree preferred.
- The minimum acceptable education is a High School diploma or GED
- Customer service/call center experience
